MerchWorks Hub Program

The MerchWorks Program is a fully managed, done-for-you solution that allows businesses and organizations to offer professional branded merchandise—without inventory, upfront costs, or fulfillment headaches.

Each hosted brand receives a dedicated merch collection within our MerchWorks Hub, complete with free product setup to get you launched quickly and professionally. We handle product setup, printing, order processing, and shipping so you don’t have to manage vendors, inventory, or logistics.

Your hosted collection also creates an ongoing revenue stream through our profit-sharing model. You earn a portion of every sale, with simple quarterly deposits and no tracking, billing, or order management required on your end.

As your needs grow, you can expand into custom apparel, fundraiser items, team gear, or event merch with optional add-on services for design, samples, and campaign support. With access to real product samples and touch-and-feel blanks, you can make confident decisions before anything goes live. All while we take care of the rest.

How Does MerchWorks Hub Work?

MerchWorks Hub is a no-upfront-cost merchandise platform that helps local businesses and nonprofits sell branded products without buying inventory or guessing demand. We handle setup, product hosting, and production, so all you need to do is share your merch collection with your audience.

When a customer orders and pays, the item is created and shipped directly to them. If nothing sells, nothing is made so nothing is spent. It’s a simple way to introduce merchandise without financial risk or logistics headaches.

OK... But Still... How Is This Free?

Great question — and honestly, it’s the one most people ask first.

MerchWorks isn’t “free” in the sense that no one gets paid. It is free in the sense that you don’t have to spend money upfront to access it. There’s no inventory to buy, no printing to front, and no guessing what will sell.

I built this program to help businesses and nonprofits get started without taking on that risk. I’m investing my time and infrastructure upfront because I believe in the model — and I only get paid when something actually sells. When you make money, I make money. If nothing sells, no one pays anything.

Here’s how that works in real terms:

Let’s say you choose a product from the catalog that costs $25. That price already includes the blank product, printing or customization, economy shipping, and my fixed $5 margin. You then decide what the retail price is. 

For example, lets say you choose $35.

When a customer places an order, for that $35 product,  the vendor is automatically paid for the product, printing, and shipping through my business account. My backend system then separates the earnings: my $5 margin and your $10 margin. That happens automatically for every sale.

If that item sells 90 times in a quarter, you’ve earned $900, and I’ve earned $450. I generate the reports and send your payout — and my margin never changes, no matter how high or low you choose to price your products.

That’s why this model doesn’t require upfront payment from you.

 

The only time you’d ever pay out of pocket is if you choose optional services, like custom design work, specialty reporting, bulk orders for in-person events, or additional marketing materials.

There’s no catch — just a shared incentive to make something that actually sells.

Now what?

Once you decide MerchWorks is a good fit, the process is simple and collaborative.

Not technical.

First, here’s what you do:

  1. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page. This gives me the information I need to get things started and understand your business or organization.

  2. Create an account at 👉 MerchWorksHub.com

 

Once both of these steps are done, I can give you access to the product catalog.

 

  • Browse the catalog and choose your products. You’ll pick the items, colors, and sizes you think will resonate best with your audience.

  • Send me any design files you want to use. 

If you want help deciding, I’m available every step of the way — you’re never on your own here.

 

That’s it from your side to get things moving.

While you’re reviewing the catalog, I’m already working behind the scenes.

  • I start setting up your store page using the information from your form.

  • This includes:

    • Your feature image

    • An “About” section for your business or cause

    • Buttons that link to your website, donation pages, or other destinations

  • Once you’ve selected your products and sent over any design files, I:

    • Add your products to the store

    • Write product descriptions

    • Set up filters and search data

    • Create mockups and visuals

    • Make sure everything looks professional and on-brand

You’ll have the opportunity to review your store page and make sure everything looks right.

Once you’re happy: I’ll send you your store link & provide the store code so your shop can exist inside MerchWorks Hub and on your own domain, if you choose

Then it’s go time!

  • You start promoting your store.

  • I handle orders, production, shipping, and reporting as they come in.

 

At the end of the quarter, we both get paid.

A shared hub means shared exposure. 
As MerchWorks grows, participating organizations benefit from increased visibility across the network. Helping more people discover local businesses and causes in one place.
