OK... But Still... How Is This Free?

Great question — and honestly, it’s the one most people ask first.

MerchWorks isn’t “free” in the sense that no one gets paid.

It is free in the sense that you don’t have to spend money upfront to access it.

  • No inventory purchases in advance

  • No printing until an order is placed

  • No size/color waste or guessing quantities

I built this program to help businesses and nonprofits get started without taking on any of that risk.

I’m investing my time and infrastructure upfront because I believe in the model.

When you make money, I make money. If nothing sells, no one pays anything.

 

Example:
If you set a retail price of $35 for a tote bag, the sale proceeds are automatically split between production costs, platform margin, and your share — all without you lifting a finger.

Fill out the form at the bottom of this page so I can learn about your business or organization.

PICK YOUR PRODUCTS

view the Partner Catalog, & pick your products, If you aren't sure what to pick, we will use our default selection list to build the foundation & more can be added later as needed. ​

SEND YOUR FILES

Send your logo & design files to be used on your products.

I BUILD YOUR STORE

I set up your storefront:

  • Banner image 

  • About section

  • Product listings

  • Descriptions

  • Mockups and visual assets

APPROVE & LAUNCH

You’ll review everything before launch. Once approved, your shop goes live and you’re ready to start sharing.

Then it’s go time!

  • You start promoting your store.

  • I handle orders, production, shipping, and reporting as they come in.

 

At the end of the quarter, we both get paid.
