By accessing this website or purchasing from The Analytical Helper, LLC ("I", "me", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order or engaging our services.

1. Products & Services

I provide custom-branded marketing materials and professional services tailored to your business needs. All physical products are made to order, and services may include one-time or ongoing engagements. Subscription options may be offered in the future.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is accepted at checkout for select offerings. For other projects, I may provide a custom invoice based on your quote. All invoices must be paid in full before production or services begin unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Order Changes, Cancellations & Proof Approval

3.1 Proofs & Approval

For custom printed items, a digital proof will be provided for your approval prior to submission for print or production. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all details carefully. We will not begin production until approval is received.

3.2 Changes & Cancellations

Orders may only be changed or canceled before approval is given and production is initiated. Once a job has been approved and submitted for print, no further changes or cancellations can be made.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All shipping is limited to the United States. Processing times and delivery estimates vary. Shipping details, including our full policy, can be found on our Shipping Policy page.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

6. Customer Data

I collect only the information necessary to fulfill your order or service request. This may include business-specific details to tailor our work to your needs. We never sell or share your information with third parties outside of operational necessity (e.g., shipping or payment processing).

7. Modifications
